Rōst is a craft coffee roastery bringing fresh, expertly roasted coffee to Osage Beach, Missouri, the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. Located in the same distinctive building as The Sanctuary Brewery—a beautifully renovated former church that now serves as a vibrant community gathering space, with an adjacent chapel still hosting services.

A shared obsession with great coffee led us to launch Rōst. We don’t have a dramatic origin tale of epiphanies over a single cup or globe-trotting quests—just a deep appreciation for what a perfectly roasted bean can do, and a desire to share that with our local community and visitors to the Lake.

At Rōst, craft coffee roasting comes first and foremost. We source high-quality green beans from trusted growers around the world and roast them in small batches with precision and care. Our focus is on highlighting each bean’s unique origin, flavor profile, and character—whether bright and fruity single origins, balanced blends, or seasonal offerings—while keeping quality uncompromising and freshness paramount.
